Four new dwellings on an inner city lock-up garage site
An established property developer engaged a renowned architect to prepare a proposal to redevelop a site of lock up garages in Greenwich for residential purposes. Unfortunately, despite the Council’s own planning officers recommending approval a group of local residents were able to quash the scheme leading to a refusal of planning permission by the local planning committee. Working alongside the architects, RJS PLANNING prepared a successful appeal which enabled the site to be developed and provide much needed urban housing.
