Retrospective application form rear extension to house
After receiving a series of refusals relating to a partially constructed extension & raised patio, this homeowner was threatened with enforcement action by his local council. RJS PLANNING entered into a dialogue with Local Planning Authority in an attempt to resolve the matter. Following a meeting with the planning officer, RJS PLANNING formulating a new proposal which satisfied both parties and permission was ultimately granted.
