New dwelling on site of former builder’s merchant
The owner of this disused builder’s merchant site in North West London was dismayed when his plans for an attractive new dwelling on the site were rejected by Ealing council. He was on the brink of abandoning his pursuit of permission thinking there was no alternative when he contacted RJS Planning for a final review. RJS PLANNING gave a frank and honest assessment of the situation. Based on the advice given, the owner chose to pursue an appeal. The government appointed Planning inspector agreed with RJS Planning’s arguments & allowed the appeal.
