Extensive redevelopment of large detached house in residential street
Working alongside a well-known architect in north London, RJS PLANNING were able to negotiate permission via appeal for an extensive renovation project to a detached residence in Barnet. Pushing the boundaries of what the Local Council usually permit, permission was obtained for extensions to the front side & rear and within the roofspace. Not only did this greatly increase the space inside the property, it also increased the market value of the property.
