Two storey side extension to semi-detached house within a Conservation Area
Having long dreamt of extending their property the owners of this semi-detached dwelling in South-West London were shocked when local planning officers refused their plans. Whilst the property is located in a Conservation Area and the extension proposed was slightly larger than the Council usually permit, RJS PLANNING were confident that the proposed development was reasonable. The Inspector appointed to determine the appeal duly agreed and granted permission thus enabling the owners to construct the extension in the form they had originally hoped.
