Sizeable replacement dwelling in Green Belt
Faced with strong opposition from the local village community this homeowner was unsurprised when he received a refusal for a replacement dwelling in the green belt. Frustrated that the destiny of his site was becoming enmeshed in local politics, he followed the advice of RJS PLANNING and made an appeal to the government led Planning Inspectorate in order to get an independent review .
RJS PLANNING prepared a comprehensive appeal which tackled the concerns of local residents & led the inspector to conclude that the development would have a limited impact upon the green belt
