Drop kerb and new driveway to detached house
Having been refused planning permission for a vehicle access by the London borough of Hillingdon, the owners of this detached house in Ruislip approached RJS PLANNING to discuss their options. With the deadline in which to submit an appeal having lapsed, RJS PLANNING prepared a revised & enhanced Planning application to address the Council’s concerns. Following further resistance from the Council’s highway officer, permission was eventually granted via an appeal.
